Ellen Pompeo Calls Out Publication for Lack of Diversity [VIDEO]

"As Caucasian people, it's our job. It's our job, it's our responsibility to make sure that we speak up in every single room that we walk into, that this is not okay, and that we can all do better. It's our job because we've created the problem."

Ellen Pompeo, most known from her role on Grey's Anatomy, speaks about lack of diversity she experienced during a round table discussion Porter magazine set up.

The magazine set up a round table discussion for its annual 'Women in Television' issue. The actresses who were also featured in the discussion was Gabrielle Union, Gina Rodriguez and Emma Roberts. Pompeo took that time to state that she didn't see enough people of color on the set of the interview. Sexism and equal pay were also discussed during the interview and each woman gave their thoughts on each issue.
