Stranger Things star, David Harbour and Resident Evil star Mila Jovovich in the remake of the prodigal son ‘Hellboy’. Hellboy is about a demonic, titular superhero, the original film was made in 1993. There is another adaptation made in 2004.  Almost 26 years since the original film and fifteen years later the second adaptation was made. ‘Hellboy’ got even more fire. Critics are saying this version is ‘Hellboy’ intense and shows the endless sides of ‘Hellboy’ and it’s lost it ‘Rise Of The Blood Queen’ subtitle.

Critics are also saying this 2019 version is very close to Mike Mignola’s 2004 film than previous adaptations. Mignola directed behind scenes and granted one main difference, “It’s funny, because my involvement has been very different than the Del Toro movies.

The difference is I had known Del Toro for six years by the time we did the first movie. Neil I met a couple months before he worked on the movie. It was very different, but I have been involved ever since they said ‘Hey we’re gonna make another Hellboy movie, and we’re gonna do this story.’ I’ve bounced back and forth with them about how to adapt this particular Hellboy story."

‘Hellboy’ is set have a darker approach than past remakes. Summit Entertainment introduced the trailer bringing in even more elements of horror and thriller, which almost makes you forget the 2004 version directed by Guillermo del Toro. It’s nearly been ten years since we’ve seen ‘Hellboy’ on the big screen. We think in this narrative ‘Hellboy’ will deliver something different and new ideas.

Supposedly, the film follows ‘Hellboy’ and newest Blood Queen (Mila Jovovich) trying to stop the world from ending including the huge takeover and save the world. Overall, ‘Hellboy’ 2019 is an updated version of the original and second version. “What's the saying? “Third time's the charm”?

We can already tell this ‘Hellboy’ will be awesome and leave us cringing in our seats.

‘Hellboy’ delivers a combination of fiction, supernatural movies like ‘The Dark Knight’, ‘Resident Evil’ and ‘The Fifth Element” and many more. Grab your popcorn and front seat!
