Kevin Hart and Paramount Pictures are teaming up to develop a remake of the Bill murray Christmas classic Scrooged.
The 1988 Scrooged movie is a Christmas comedy that starred Bill Murray and was directed by Richard Donner. It retells Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol where Murray plays, Frank Cross, a selfish television executive who is visited by three ghosts who help him regain his Christmas spirit. The cast included Karen Allen, Bobcat Goldthwait, Robert Mitchum, Alfre Woodard, David Johansen and many more!
The remake will be produced through HartBeat Productions. Currently, the project does not have a writer or a script since it is still in the works.
