Next In Film & TV: ‘Friends’ Reunion Special In The Works + The Rock To Play ‘Black Adam’ + More

This is a reunion we’re looking forward to!

According to reports, an unscripted “Friends” reunion special is on the way! Although there are no details regarding when the storyline of the show, it looks like original cast members will be returning. Cast including Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, Courteney Cox, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer as well as David Crane and Marta Kauffman, who co-created the show.

Now, fans shouldn’t expect there to be a reboot of the classic sitcom as Marta Kauffman conformed there wouldn’t be one.

“There are two reasons for that. One of the reasons we won’t do a reunion is because this is a show about a time in your life when your friends are your family. And when you have a family, that changes. But the other reason is it’s not going to beat what we did,” Kauffman said.

Is a reunion special good enough?
