Pikachu! Pikachu! Hit-anime show, "Pokemon" is coming back.
Feeling nostalgic yet?
Not only will Pikachu be coming back BUT as a detective for the city of Rhyme. Pokemon started as a video game by Satoshi Tajir also partnered with 'Nintendo' game systems in February 1996. In 1996, Nintendo became the sole owner of the video game and made Satoshi Tajir sole video game developer for Nintendo.
Who know Pokemon would become one of the worlds most popular game ever.
The first pokemon ever created was Rhydon from Generation 1 but the First pokemon in the Pokedex is the Generation 1 starter, Bulbasaur. The character of 'Pokemon' was created by 'GameFreak, CEO' Satoshi Tajir and later adapted and designed by Atsuko Nishida and Ken Sugimori. The 'Pokemon' brand has since become the second-most successful and lucrative video game-based media franchises in the world, behind only Nintendo, Mario's empire. Pokemon then blew up as an anime show and video games within the last twenty years. Pokemon has also reached 1000 episodes, over 20 movies and 122 games.
What else is next for Pokemon?
In this new live-action Pokemon movie, based off Rhyme City and Pikachu is a detective who comes across a young 21 year old boy. Together they both challenge enemies but in order to do so, people collect Pokemon's to defeat battle. 'Deadpool's Ryan Reynolds plays the infamous 'Pikachu' and Tim Goodman plays the companion who accompanies Pikachu on his detective missions. We all enjoyed the Pokemon Go and 2016 Super Bowl commerical, this is the first ever featured length, Pokemon movie. Its not just Pokemon in this first live-action movie, we get to see Pokemon's from all generations starting from generation one. We definitely can't wait to see Detective Pokemon in action! Until then will be watching re-runs of Pokemon and catching up.
